Season Runs: Sundays, February to June 2012

Fee: $175 per team + $30 per game ref fee

A competitive league with games held Sunday Mornings and will run until a December date, depending on the number of teams. Games consist of two 25 minute halves with a running clock. Referees are used to officiate all games. Each team may have up to 15 players on roster. Adult Co-Ed Dodgeball League                                                                                                             February 5th (6-8 weeks) Sundays, 6:00pm - 9:30pm                                                                      Location: EBACC Gym

Fee: $80 per team

League will start Sunday, February 5th and will run for 6-8 weeks depending on the number of teams. Rules will be based on the National Amateur Dodgeball Association. Each team may have up to 10 people on the roster. Team champions will win a t-shirt. Come join the fun! This class sequences a variety of basic yoga poses in a gentle stream of movement. Stretching, breathing practices, proper body alignment, relaxation techniques… you’ll learn them all. Open to all levels of experience, including beginners. Bring yoga mat and blanket.

A series of 19 simple, non-strenuous movements and one concluding pose that circulates and balances the life energy that flows within us. This slow-moving meditation promotes healing and well-being.

Tai Chi Chih Intermediate

This class is designed to be taken after “Tai Chi Chih for Beginners”. Students are required to have learned all 19 movements and one pose of Tai Chi Chih prior to taking this refinement class.


Total Body Challenge

This is a head-to-toe class led by an instructor certified in women's weight management. Combinations of cardio and strength training using hand weights, your own body weight, stability ball, step platform and more. Lose fat, tone muscle and increase energy! Bring a towel & water.
